Chapter on Needs - Trust

Without trust there is no us, without you and I having belief and faith in each other, there is no way to build something that will last almost forever. You are worth every part of me to give, to love and to hold. Can I put my trust in you?

Can I close my eyes
And still know that you are there,
When I take a breath
Will I still know that you care.

Can I make a stand
And have you there beside me,
When I reach out my hand
Will yours be there to catch me.

Can I take a step back
And see that you are steady,
When I make a leap forward 
Will I know that you are ready?

Can I believe
And trust that you are true,
When I stay instead of leave,
Will you do the same too?

2020

I  wrote this on the flight travelling back to Malaysia in 2020, leaving Australia after what would have been the last time I see the person that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I was observing the people around me, it was an 8 hour flight with a lot of turbulence, who would have know that 2020 would be that kind of year as well. It is funny how things tell you of what will come in its own little ways. This Is Malaysia

Recently Swit Marie has gotten more active on the HitRECord platform and started working on new material and collaborations. This was definitely the highlight of 2020 for her years of writing in the past few years. Reaching an international audience and being part of a community of creatives through this project involving over 180 contributors.
